Jason P. Andris will be forever remembered by us and everyone that knew him in the world of private equity, as a talented, passionate, and committed investor of unquestionable integrity. In line with his boundless energy devoted to building VIA, in his personal life, Jason was magnanimous, supporting many worthy causes, both local and far-reaching. Always a gentleman, he held a special place for adventure and outdoors, his schools, political thought, and close friends. 

No words can adequately convey the great sadness we feel at the passing of our dear friend and colleague. It was sudden and far too soon, and his presence will be missed deeply in both our personal and professional lives.
